The author of the new book is journalist Vladimir Fedorin, former deputy editor-in-chief of the Russian Forbes and editor-in-chief of the Ukrainian version of the magazine. Fedorin repeatedly met with businessman and politician Kakha Bendukidze, thanks to which the famous Georgian reforms took place, raising the country in the rating of ease of doing business and significantly reducing the level of corruption. The book included their talks about libertarianism, reforms and politics, the situation in Georgia, Russia and Ukraine - and about the entire post-Soviet space as a whole. 'Medusa', with the permission of the publishing house, publishes Fedorin's warning to one of the conversations and an extract from it, in which Bendukidze briefly describes the reforms carried out in Georgia and compares Georgia with Russia.
