Zrozumity (i zdolaty) buling [Understand (and Overcome) Bullying]

We are used to seeing bullying as a problem of confrontation between two parties: an ‘aggressive’ bully and a ‘repressed’ victim. But bullying is a whole ecosystem, which is influenced not only by the relations of children, but also by the relations between children and parents, parents and teachers, school rules and regulations, school atmosphere, traditions, modern historical events, etc. Therefore, to understand the nature of bullying, it is necessary to understand how the group functions and what is the internal driver for the bullies.
