Knyga pingvina Myshka [The Book of the Penguin Myshka]

The book contains two of the author's novels. The protagonist of the novel 'Picnic on Ice' - journalist Viktor Zolotarev - receives an unusual task from a leading newspaper: to write obituaries about influential people who are still alive. Gradually, he realizes that he became a participant in the games of shadow structures, from which it is almost impossible to get out alive. The novel 'The Law of the Snail' continues the story of the fate of journalist Victor. Escaping from death in Antarctica or taking part in the election campaign in Kyiv, experiencing the fears of Chechen captivity, he realizes the inevitability of the Law of the Snail justified by life itself: without its own roof, anyone can crush you like a helpless snail.
