The cozy Valyn world was destroyed by the war. She temporarily lives in Italy, but it is not easy for her to get used to a new life in the hospitable southern lands. Brothers David and Vlad feel the same way. Teenagers together sort humanitarian aid for Ukraine, get to know the world around them, test themselves and its strength... And all the time they think about DIM, parents, native ‘panels’, acacias in the yard. Ukrainians temporarily resettled in Italy are treated kindly. Valya even finds a ‘best’ girlfriend. But is true friendship always hidden behind kindness and willingness to discuss frank topics? When you are vulnerable, it is very easy to make a mistake and trust the wrong person.
