Vospominaniia. Polnoe izdanie [Memoirs. Full Collection in One Volume]

This book contains the memoirs of Andrei Dmitrievich Sakharov, who was a very important figure in twentieth century Soviet Russia.  He was a physicist, creator of the Soviet hydrogen bomb in 1953, a member of the USSR's Academy of Science, winner of the Stalin (1953) and Lenin (1956) Awards, three time Hero of Socialist Work, a public figure, a dissident, one of the leaders for human rights in the USSR, and winner of the Nobel Peace Prize in 1975.  This book contains not only his own works ('Memoirs' and 'Gorky, Moscow, further than everywhere'), but also his wife's book, 'Postscript' about their time in Gorky (1980-1986).
